SHIPPING INFORMATION

When we ship: We ship products most weekdays (Monday - Friday). You should receive a shipping notification once your order ships.

Where we can ship: We can ship to most locations in the continental United States.  

How we ship and rates:  We ship via UPS or USPS depending on your order and location to ensure prompt delivery.

We combine products into the same shipment when possible and make every effort to get your product to you within 7-10 days.  Holidays may cause delays.

Please be aware that items marked "Pre-order", means we will ship the product when it becomes available.  See details in the product for availability.

Refund Policy

At Hagan Cattle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please review our return policy outlined below:

  1. Eligibility: Perishable items cannot be returned. Beef Jerky and Meat Sticks are considered Perishable. Refunds may be offered in certain circumstances for these items, (see "Damaged, Defective or Incorrect items" below). Non-perishable items are eligible for return in new, unworn, and sellable condition.
  2. Return Process: To initiate a return or refund, please contact our customer service within 5 days of receiving your order. Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization if applicable.
  3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the products. Please pack the items securely to prevent damage during transit. Shipping cost will be deducted from your refund if you request a return label from us.
  4. Refunds: In the case of a Return, once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, typically 5-7 business days.
  5. Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
  6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items: If the item you receive is damaged or defective, or the incorrect item, please contact our customer service immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.
