Where does Hagan Cattle Company source its beef?

We exclusively source our premium Virginia Beef from our own carefully raised and locally bred cattle on Hagan family farms in Virginia.

What makes Hagan Cattle Company beef premium?

Our beef is premium due to our commitment to sustainable and ethical farming practices, ensuring the highest quality in every cut. Our cattle are grass-fed, natural grain finished & hormone-free.

Do you offer shipping anywhere US?

Yes, we proudly ship our premium Virginia Beef to the continental United States. We will ship to any state in the continental US (excludes Alaska & Hawaii).

How is the beef shipped, and what is the cost?

We use reliable and efficient shipping methods to ensure your beef arrives in optimal condition. Your order will be shipped UPS in an insulated box to maintain a safe temperature.  Depending on the expected transit time we may use Dry Ice, Ice Bricks or both in your shipment.  See our “Shipping” page for more information.

Can I track my order once it has been shipped?

Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

What cuts of beef do you offer?

Our selection includes a variety of premium cuts such as steaks, roasts, ground beef, and more. Explore our online store to discover the full range of options available.

Is Hagan Cattle Company beef USDA Inspected?

Yes! Our beef is processed at a USDA Inspected facility.

If I select “pick up from store”, when and where do I pick up my order?

You will receive an email alert that your order is ready for pickup at our facility

What is your Refund / Return policy?

We stand behind the quality of our beef and other products sold buy Hagan Cattle Company. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will work to address your concerns. Contact us before returning your order for further instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

When do beef packages ship?

All beef packages ship on Tuesdays. Order must be received by midnight on Mondays.
