Refund Policy

At Hagan Cattle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your prepackaged meat order, please review our return/refund policy outlined below:

  1. Policy: Perishable items cannot be returned.  You are eligible for a refund if you are missing an item, your items are damaged or late delivery resulting in premature defrosting.
  2. Refunds: Once we receive you claim, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
  3. Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
  4. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.
