Returns & Refund Policy

At Hagan Cattle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please let us know.  Our refund and return policy is outlined below.  Contact us with questions about this policy.

  1. General Policy: Perishable items, such as Beef Sticks and Jerky, are non-returnable.  However, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement if an item is missing from your order or is damaged or defective, see details below.   
  2. Returns:  We gladly accept returns of apparel and merchandise (non-food) items within 30 days of receipt.  Please contact customer service to initiate a return. Refunds will be processed once merchandise is received.  We can supply a return shipping label and will deduct the shipping cost from your refund, or you can purchase your own shipping.
  3. Refunds:  Upon approval, a refund will be processed to your original payment method, typically within 7-10 days.   
  4. Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an eligible product, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
  5. Missing, Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact customer service immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.
  6. Please note that our refund and return policy is subject to change without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the policy before making a purchase.
