Shipping

We gladly will ship frozen meat package deals, (unless advertised as Local Pickup only), or individual custom orders that include at least 15 lbs of product.   

Shipping Days: We make every effort to ship all frozen food orders on Monday and Tuesday each week, with exceptions such as Holidays and inclement weather.   If you order and pay before Sunday night at Midnight EST, expect your frozen product to ship that Monday, Tuesday or the occasional Wednesday.  If you place your order on Monday morning, depending on the timing, we may ship that week unless you send a note to hold it until the following week.  No orders will ship on Thursdays or Fridays. Please watch the email you provided with your order for tracking information, as your order may arrive any day between Tuesday and Friday, depending on the shipping method.

Where we can ship: We can ship to the continental United States.  

How we ship and rates:  For most states we offer Free UPS Ground shipping, (if reachable within 3 days from our location by UPS Ground services).  Unfortunately, there are some states that this service is not available for - Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, South Dakota.  Overnight Shipping is required for frozen product orders shipped to those states, with rates calculated based on the weight of your order at Shopify's discounted shipping rates.  We apply an additional discount that is equal to the average ground shipment cost of our packages so all customers are receiving the same shipping value.  Free Ground Shipping customers can also upgrade to overnight shipping if that is your preference, with rates calculated in the same manner.   

Gifts and Apparel item shipping:  Enjoy Free standard Shipping via USPS or UPS on all apparel and gift items. We combine products into the same shipment when possible and make every effort to get your product shipped within 7 days.  Please be aware that some items are marked "Pre-order", which means we will ship the product when it becomes available.  (Frozen products are not included in this category).
