What are the benefits of a subscription?

The are many benefits of choosing to subscribe to out meat packages. You will receive a DISCOUNTED PRICE vs. a one-time purchase.  Subscription customers will also receive special offers and special beef cuts that are not available to standard customers.

How do subscriptions work?

Your chosen delivery frequency dictates the automatic renewal of subscriptions, with the shop seamlessly dispatching products following each successful renewal. Suppose you initiated a monthly subscription— in that case, your credit card will be automatically billed on a monthly basis, and the products will be delivered to your doorstep without requiring any manual order placement on your part!

Can I pause or cancel a subscription?

Certainly. Feel free to pause or terminate your subscription at your convenience after your second shipment,  using the customer portal, as depicted in the accompanying screenshot. The only instance where cancellation is restricted is if you've opted for a subscription with a specified number of mandatory payments before cancellation becomes applicable.

Access the customer portal effortlessly through the magical link provided in the email sent to you upon placing your initial subscription order. Alternatively, by creating an account in the shop, you can also manage your subscriptions seamlessly.

How can I skip or reschedule a charge?

In the customer portal, you have the option to either skip or reschedule the charge. For each scheduled delivery, there is a "Skip Payment" button that allows you to bypass the charge. Additionally, you can reschedule the charge by clicking on the "Reschedule" button next to the delivery date.

Can I add products to my subscription?

Certainly. To include products in your subscription, navigate to the customer portal. Simply click on the "Edit" button within the products card, where you can modify, remove, or add products to your subscription.

What happens if the payment can't be processed?

If subscription renewal is hindered due to payment processing issues, you will be sent an email containing a secure link to update your payment method.
