"The Lil Joe" is an ideal package for couples or small families and includes: 

4 Packs of Ground Beef (1 pound each)

2 Top Sirloin Steaks (approximately 14 oz. each)

2 New York Strip Steaks (approximately 12 oz. each)

2 Flat Iron Steaks (approximately 12 oz. each)

1 Short Rib (approximately 2.5 pounds)

1 Beef Brisket  (approximately 2.75 pounds)
